Campurkan bahan A sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam bahan B dan gaul rata. Setelah itu, uli adunan sehingga kental (uli lebih kurang 15 minit).
Biarkan adunan kembang selama 20 minit.
Setelah kembang, uli semula adunan (tumbuk - tumbuk adunan supaya tiada angin).
Setelah itu, gelek adunan senipis 1cm.
Tekap dengan acuan donut atau Bentuk menggunakan tangan.
Setelah itu, biarkan selama 15 minit.
Sementara itu, sediakan minyak yang cukup Dan panaskan.
Goreng donut dengan api sederhana sehingga keperangan.
Angkat, biarkan sejuk, kemudian boleh ditabur gula caster pada donut. Jika tiada gula kaster, boleh kisar sehingga halus gula pasir.
Note: anda boleh gunakan stand mixer atau tangan sahaja untuk menyediakan adunan.
