Tumis cili kisar sampai pecah minyak dan garing tepi nya. Masukkan air asam jawa dan ikan. Nota = Ikan sebagai rencah, kalau taknak masukkan langsung pon tak apa.
Masuk daun kesum, daun limau. Biar sampai mendidih dan masuk bahan C. Rasakan dan adjust jika suka.
Bendi dan tomato. Tutup sekejap 1/2 minit. Bendi akan masak tapi tak lembik.
