Dh setel amik keluar kepla udang td tambah skit air rebusan td pastu kisar smpai hancur kpla udang td. Dh hancur tapis campurkan kedalam air rebusan td.
  3. Untuk bahan (C), msuk skit minyak, tumis bahan (A) smpai naik wangi. Masukan cili kisar msak smpai pecah minyak. Lpas tu masuk kicap manis, kicap cair, sos tiram dan sos cili gaul sebati. Kemudian msukan air stok rebusan kpala udang td (B). Kacau sekata, msukan kiub ikan bilis, petis udang klau nk gna. Msukan gula merah, skit garam gula seckup rasa. Msak smpai mendidih. Ok setel sos boleh tutup api.
  4. Masa msak char kuey teow, pantang dia kena masak untk 1 org makan skli masak tak boleh langar pantang nanti tk jadi he2. Masukan skit minyak,dah panas msukan 3 ekor udang yg rebus sekejap td msak smpai nmpak mrah2 udng tu.Kemudian masukn 1 senduk sos char Kuey,2 senduk air kacau sebati.pastu msukan segenggam kway teow kacau smpai nampak dh skata masukan skit kerang,kucai, taugeh, kuatkan api kcau smpai nampak dh mendidih pecahkan telur,relax jap pastu kacau laju2.Ok dh siap ttup api.
