  5. Cucuk sedikit dengan garfu. Bakar suhu 170c hingga cantik perang. Masa atas oven masing2.
  6. Setelah masak. Keluarkan dari oven. Biar sebentar dan keluarkan dari shell. Sejukkan atas redai.
  7. Shell boleh dijadikan stok dengan menyimpannya dalam bekas kedap udara.
  8. Cara adun cheese* - Masukkan semua bahan dalam bekas. Mix hingga berkrim dan gebu tapi masih kental.
  9. Masukkan dalam piping bag. - Picitkan sedikit filling dalam shell. Paipkan cheese ke dalam shell.
  10. Untuk dapat filling yang tinggi. Caranya paip ditengah hingga penuh tanpa gerak piping bila penuh tarik naik perlahan sambil picit dengan muncung piping masih dalam cheese hingga tinggi yang nak baru berhenti picit dan tarik keluar piping..
  11. Jika ada sedikit cacat atau bertanduk. Celup jari dalam air masak dan betul2kan sedikit.
  12. Lukis permukaan jika suka mengguna filling atau cheese yg diwarnakan.
  13. Bakar suhu 170c lebih kurang 7-8 min. Sekadar bila sentuh cheese tidak lekat dijari. Untuk hasil yang cantik. Cheese masih moist tidak kering atau retak.
  14. Sebaik masak keluarkan. Sejukkan atas redai. - Simpan dalam bekas dan simpan dlam chiller agar shell tidak lemau dan cheese set dan lebih enak dinikmati.
  15. TIPS* - Untuk shell yang elok rangup jangan terlebih uli. Cukup sekadar menjadi doh yg elok. - Cheese mesti yang sejuk untuk hasil yang cantik. - Montok cantik atas cara piping filling.
