Perap ayam dengan halia, bawang putih, serbuk lada hitam yang dah ditumbuk lumat. Masukkan sedikit tepung bestari, tepung beras, sedikit air. Perap selama 30 minit.
Bedakkan ayam dengan tepung bestari dan sedikit tepung beras. Goreng dengan api perlahan selama 5 minit di kedua dua bahagian.
Untuk coleslaw. Sagat atau hiris nipis lobak merah dan kubis. Campurkan mayonis, gula, garam secukup rasa. Kalau minat masam boleh perahkan lemon.
Untuk sos blackpepper. Panaskan minyak dan sedikit butter. Butter dah cair, masukkan bawang putih dan bawang holland. Tumis sampai brown / keperangan.
Masukkan tepung gandum. Kacau jgn sampai berketul. Masukkan air/susu cair/freshmilk. (sy guna air je). Masukkan pati ayam. Masukkan lada hitam yang ditumbuk halus. Kacau lg sampai mendidih. Kalau berketul, lepas dah mendidih padamkan api dan boleh dikisar.
Tambah cendawan, garam dan gula selepas dah mendidih. Kalau minat sos lada hitam yang pekat, boleh letakkan sedikit tepung jagung untuk memekatkan kuah.
