  1. Perap ayam dengan halia, bawang putih, serbuk lada hitam yang dah ditumbuk lumat. Masukkan sedikit tepung bestari, tepung beras, sedikit air. Perap selama 30 minit.
  2. Bedakkan ayam dengan tepung bestari dan sedikit tepung beras. Goreng dengan api perlahan selama 5 minit di kedua dua bahagian.

  6. Tambah cendawan, garam dan gula selepas dah mendidih. Kalau minat sos lada hitam yang pekat, boleh letakkan sedikit tepung jagung untuk memekatkan kuah.
