Take 5 biji kuning telur

5 biji telur,asingkan putih dan kuning.Pukul kuning telur+ minyak jagung+santan+ esen pandan + esen vanila+ pewarna hijau dan kacau sebati.
Ayak tepung kek ke dalam campuran tadi,kacau sebati.
Pukul putih telur hingga berbuih+cream of tartar + garam+gula pasir(masuk berperingkat 3 kali) pukul hingga soft peak.
Masukkan sedikit meringue ke dalam adunan kuning telur dan gaul rata.
Tuang ke dalam baki meringue tadi dan gaul sebati.Asingkan sedikit untuk corak bahagian atas.
Tuang ke dalam loyang (8 inci).Baki yang diasingkan tadi + pewarna hijau..Buat corak bahagian atas kek.
Bakar suhu 160 celcius selama 1jam.
Dah masak..terbalikkan atas redai.Biar sejuk dan sedia untuk dihidang.
