  1. Pukul kuning telur, guna hand whisk je. Masukkan susu penuh krim, gaul rata. Masukkan esen vanilla dan gaul lagi. Ayakkan tepung kek dan baking powder ke dalam adunan tadi. Kacau hingga sebati.
  2. Ayakkan tepung kek dan baking powder ke dlm adunan td. Kacau hgga sebati, ketepikan. Pukul putih telur hgga berbuih.
  3. Masukkan cream of tartar dan pukul lagi. Masukkan gula aising berperingkat. Pukul hgga firm peak.
  4. Ambik sedikit putih telur dan masukkan ke dlm adunan kuning telur td, kacau rata. Tuang ke dlm adunan putih telur td dan gaul rata secara kaup balik.
  5. Panaskan kuali non stick dgn api kecil, sapu sedikit butter. Tuang adunan ke dlm kuali leper, tindihkan lg dgn sedikit lg adunan. (Tggl kan sedikit utk bhg atas nnti). Letak sedikit air biasa (anggaran 2 sudu bsr) tutup kuali dan msk hgga 3 minit.
  6. Tindihkan lg dgn baki adunan td. Sy letak sedikit wrna pink. Maaf sbb adunan pink tu sedikit cair sbb tu ianya melimpah jdi rata. Tuang lg sedikit air dan tutup lg. Masak hingga 2 minit. Slps 2 minit, terbalikkan pancake dgn menggunakan 2 spatula (hati2 part ni). Tuang sedikit lg air dan tutup. Masak hgga 5 minit.
  7. Angkat pancake dan susun ke dlm pinggan. Tabur sedikit gula aising di atas nya dan letak hirisan mentega. Saya tambah chocolate Hershey’s syrup.
