Adunan A, Dalam bekas kuning telur, letak susu full cream & esen vanila kacau sebati.
Kemudian satukan tepung kek dengan baking powder ayak ke dalam adunan telur, kacau sebati guna whisk, ketepikan.
Adunan B, Dalam bekas putih telur, putar berbuih sebentar masukkan cream of tar tar, putar berbuih lagi.
Kemudian masukkan gula secara berperingkat putar hingga meringue firm peak, bertanduk.
Masukkan sedikit meringue ke dalam adunan A, kacau hingga sebati. Selepas itu tuang ke dalam baki meringue guna teknik "kaup balik" hingga sekata. Jika suka perasa pandan letak 1/8 sudu pes pandan.
Panaskan kuali non-stick sapukan sedikit minyak, tuang adunan 3 bahagian sama rata di dalam kuali, jangan habiskan adunan.
Sambil pancake masak, tuang lebih kurang sesudu dua air di dalam kuali pancake tu. Tutup kuali 3 minit.
Selepas itu, buka penutup kuali tambah lagi adunan di atas pancake, letak lagi sedikit air tutup semula biarkan 2 minit.
Buka penutup, terbalikkan pancake (hati-hati part ni, perlahan aje terbalikkannya). - Tuang lagi sedikit air, tutup dan masak lagi selama 5 minit.
Alihkan pancake ke pinggan taburkan gula aising dan letak mentega sedudu kecil atas pancake. Sedia dinikmati.
