Masukkan gula pasir yang telah dicampur tepung jagung secara berperingkat (3 kali). Pukul dengan kelajuan sederhana sampai tahap Stiff Peak. Kaut semua ketepi dan pukul dalam 10 saat supaya sama rata.
Campurkan sedikit adunan putih telur kedalam adunan kuning telur dan gaul sebati.
Tuangkan kedalam baki adunan putih tadi dan kaupbalik hingga tercampur rata.
Loyang 6x3 inci. Tanpa baking paper dan tak perlu sapu minyak atau butter. Dilarang keras guna loyang non stick.
Tuang adunan kedalam loyang. Ratakan. Kemudian hentak loyang dua tiga kali untuk hilangkan buih.
Bakar part 1: Suhu 180c api atas sahaja. Bakar selama 5-10 minit. (sehingga permukaan kuning keperangan sedikit) Keluarkan daripada oven dan buat torehan secepat mungkin (dalam masa seminit). Masukkan semula kedalam oven.
Bakar part 2 : suhu 170c api atas bawah. Bakar selama 35-40 minit @ sampai masak.
Dah masak keluarkan daripada oven dan terus hentak loyang dua kali. Cepat-cepat terbalikkan kek. Gunalah apa saja sebagai penyokong. Saya guna mangkuk yang diisi beras.
Dah sejuk lebih kurang sejam terbalikkan semula. Keluarkan kek daripada loyang dengan berhati-hati. Buka bahagian bawahnya pula.
Potong kek ikut suka. Sedia untuk dihidang dan dinikmati 😋
