Instructions to make Kek Ogura Pisang:
  1. Kisar pisang dengan minyak jagung.
  2. Kacau dengan whisk telur kuning dan bancuhan pisang yg dikisar. Kemudian masukkan esen vanilla.
  3. Selepas itu masukkan tepung dan ketepikan.
  4. Bolehla mula pukul telur putih sehingga berbuih skit dan masukkan cuka/cream of tartar dan garam.
  5. Pukul lagi dengan kelajuan maksima. Masukkan sesudu demi sesudu gula selama 10minit.
  6. Masukkan 3 senduk putih telur ke dalam adunan kuning telur. Kacau kaup balik dengan spatula. Sekadar aje jangan tlebih kaup.
  7. Selepas itu masukkan adunan tadi kedalam adunan putih telur. Kacau secara kaup balik jgk. Secara perlahan sahaja.
  8. Akhir sekali tuang dalam loyang 4 segi saiz 7inci. Jangan lupa letak parchment paper sekeliling dan bahagian bawah loyang. Masa kakak buat ni cari loyang 7 x jumpa plak dah ehh..jd kakak guna apa yg ada je lah.
  9. Bakar secara water bath iaitu letak air bahagian bwh dan letak loyang diatas loyang yg lain pula. Bakar selama 1 jam suhu 160c. Api atas bawah.
  10. Selepas masak panas2 tu terus terbalikkan atas redai supaya kek tidak mengecut.
  11. Gunakan pisau bergerigi sebab tekstur kek terlalu lembut.
  12. Sejukan seketika bolehla dinikmati.
