  3. ~Kacang dhal yang telah direndam diasingkan 1 - 2 sudu. Dan selebihnya dikisar sehingga lumat. Saya gunakan kisaran kering. Campurkan kesemua bahan dan tambah sedikit garam.
  4. ~Panaskan minyak sehingga betul2 panas dengan api sederhana. Bentukkan campuran kacang dhal seperti sedikit leper. Dan terus masukkan ke dalam kuali panas. Biarkan bahagian bawah betul2 garing sebelum diterbalikkan. Goreng sehingga keemasan.
  5. ~Toskan minyak. Kacang dhal siap dihidangkan.
