Rebus beras wangi bersama air,daun pandan dan garam Himalaya hingga hancur (menjadi bubur).Ketepikan.
Panaskan minyak masak secukupnya.Goreng bawang besar hingga kekuningan @ garing,angkat dan toskan.Dalam minyak yang sama goreng halia muda hingga garing,angkat dan toskan.
Siapkan Ayam Goreng Kunyit.Goreng ayam dalam minyak yang sama hingga garing,angkat dan toskan.
Perap udang dengan garam himalaya dan serbuk kunyit dalam 15 minit.Hiris kecil sayur kobis.Ketepikan.
Dalam kuali berasingan,panaskan 1/2 cawan minyak masak,goreng udang hingga berubah warna.Keluarkan udang,tumis bawang besar hingga naik bau.
