  4. Panaskan minyak dan gorengkan isi ayam seketika.
  5. Masukkan bahan kisar, (bawang besar, bawang putih dan cili api tadi) dan serai yang telah diketuk
  6. Masukkan air rebusan udang dan gaul sebati.
  7. Masak sehingga agak kering dan masukkan pes tomyam, serbuk sup tomyam, gula, garam dan serbuk perasa. tambah bahan perasa jika masih tawar☺️
  8. Gaul sebati dan masukkan bihun. Bihun rendam dahulu 1/2 - 1jam sebelum masak ya😉
