  1. Mula2 sediakan bhn secukupnya.Daging biar potong besar2…dh msk nnti baru amik potong/gunting besar mana yg suka.Daging dan tulang direbus dahulu.Yg xdak pressure cooker tu wat camni buh sudu,garfu tu saja buh gak bg dia ada kwn😂cpt sikit daging empuk.
  2. Sup bunjut dibuka,basuh bersih.Sangaikan sekejap,tumbuk halus.
  3. Sementara daging tulang direbus…kisar bwg besar, halia, bwg putih dan lada hitam separuh kasar.
  4. Panaskan sedikit minyak,tumis 4 sekawan dlm sup bunjut td bersama bhn kisar smpai sedikit kekuningan.Masukkan serbuk sup bunjut, serbuk sup dan sedikit air.
  5. Masak hingga pecah minyak sedikit,tutup api tuang terus dalam periuk rebusan daging dan tulang td.Masukkan air secukupnya utk kuah sup.Kacau rata.msk lagi.
  6. Sementara daging empuk…kita buat sos merah pula.Kisar halus bwg besar bwg putih.Tumis dgn sedikit minyak sampai sedikit kering dan naik bau.
  7. Masukkan serbuk cili,sos cili,sos tomato,cuka makan,gula garam agak2 yer sesedap rasa.Kacau rata,masak api sederhana.Tutup kuali anda sbb sos ni merecik,sesekali kacau takut hangit pulak.
  8. Masak hingga sedikit pekat dan berkilat.Siap sos merah kita.Utk pengetahuan semua.sos merah nie boleh disediakan awal sebelumnya tau.Boleh simpan dalam petiais.Senang bila nk mkn keluarkan saja.
  9. Tengok semula sup kita td.Bila daging sudah empuk,bubuh garam dan sedikit serbuk perasa.Rasa apa yg kurang tambah apa yg patut.Tabur daun sup dan daun bwg.
