  1. Masukan kedalam food processor, Daging Kisar, tepung sagu/tapioka, serbuk agar-agar putih telur, bawang putih, Bawang merah, garam bukit, serbuk Pati Ayam,lada putih, Lada hitam, dan Ais batu proses sehingga halus seperti PES.
  2. Alihkan adunan Bebola daging kedalam mangkuk, ambil segenggam adunan Isi telur puyuh,dan kepal-kepalkan lalu keluarkan dari sela-sela ibu jari dan telunjuk.potong dengan belakang Sudu yang di rendam air sejuk.
  3. Masukan Bebola Kedalam air panas. Setelah selesai, hidupkan api sederhana,masak Bebola hingga terapung semuanya.
  4. Angkat dan rendam Bebola daging dalam campuran air sejuk dan Ais batu. Rendam Selama 5-10 Minit..(ini bertujuan untuk menghentikan proses pemasakan dan supaya Bebola daging senantiasa kenyal)
