  2. Ambil sekeping kulit wantan dan letakkan 1/2 sudu kecil inti di tengah-tengah kulit tersebut. Sapukan gam tepung gandum tadi di sekeliling inti. Bentukkan wantan tersebut seperti di dalam gambar. Ulang sehingga habis.
  3. Panaskan minyak. Goreng wantan secara deep fry sehingga golden brown. Angkat dan toskan minyak. Siap untuk dihidangkan. Enak dinikmati semasa panas bersama sos cili.
