  1. Rebuskan angel hair, letak garam & minyak masak sedikit untuk rebuskan 1 peket supaya tidak melekat (apa2 jenama pun boleh) dalam beberapa minit sehingga lembut angel hair itu
  2. Selepas toskan & sejukkan angel hair itu boleh gaulkan dengan minyak bijan dalam 4 sudu besar & kicap manis jalen (dalam anggaran cukup rasa) serta bawang putih yang telah digoreng sehingga kekuningan sedikit bersama dengan minyak masak dalam anggaran )
  3. Kulit wantan pastry pula, inti dia kita potong kecil2 ayam, daun sup & bwg, cendawan shitake (potong kecil2, letak sos tiram n bijan) gaulkan sebati, inti dia kita letak dalam kulit wantan. Boleh buat ikut suka, saya balut seperti di bawah guna air sedikit untuk lekatkan kulit wantan itu
  4. Bahagian sup pula, kita masukkan air dalam periuk sederhana, penuhkan satu periuk, bila dah didih air itu, masukkan fishball & fish cate, lada hitam, lada sulah putih, kiub, garam,sedikit perasa & serta daun bwg & sup (masukkan akar daun bwg & sup) masukkan sekali sehingga ada rasa, masukkan sedikit juga minyak bawang putih ke dalam periuk sup.
  5. Masukkan kulit wantan tadi dalam sup, kulit wantan tak boleh rebus lama nanti dia pecah, bila air betul2 dah mendidih baru masuk kulit wantan yang dah berinti
  6. Ayam pula, potong hirisan memanjang kemudian gaulkan dengan tepung Bistari pedas & saya masukkan dalam air fryer tanpa guna minyak dlm 17 minit (boleh goreng atas dapur gas cam biasa, terpulang)
  7. Sayur pak choy pula, bila air mendidih, celup sekejap sayur tu, jgn lama nanti lembik sangat
  8. Cili api kicap, potong cili api hirisan kecil2 & letak kicap cair Jalen (untuk kasi pedas yer bila makan bersama)
  9. Akhir sekali,boleh hidangkan seperti di bawah ini.
