Steps to make Nasi Minyak Daging Beriani:
Sediakan Semua bahan-bahan, basuh dan rendam beras Basmathi Selama 30 Minit. Lalu toskan.
Panaskan Marjerin dan Minyak sapi, Tumiskan bahan kisar, masukan Hirisan bawang merah, Bawang Putih, Halia,kayu manis,daun pandan,daun Bay,bunga Pelaga, bunga lawang, dan Cengkih, tumiskan samping harum.
Masukan beras, kacau sebati selama 2 minit, tuangkan Air,susu cair, Masukkan garam, serbuk kunyit, dan Chicken Kiub. Kacau sebati.
Masak nasi seperti biasa. Setelah Nasi kering (Tapi belum Masak sepenuhnya),buat beberapa lubang (Gunakan chopstick), masukan beberapa titis pewarna.
Masak kembali nasi sehingga betul-betul masak. Setelah nasi masak sempurna, gaulkan nasi dengan menggunakan Garpu supaya Nasi tidak hancur.
🥩 Daging Briyani : panaskkan Minyak Sayur, tumiskan bahan kisar, sampai Harum, Masukkan cili kisar,daun Bay, dan serbuk Briyani,masak bumbu sehingga terbit minyak.
Masukan daging, gaulkan sebati, tuangkan Air,masak sehingga daging lembut. Tuangkan Susu Cair, masukan garam dan Knorr Beef Kiub,kacau sebati masak hingga pekat.
Terakhir masukkan Tomato Cherry dan hirisan daun ketumbar. Kacau sebati.
Hidangkan Nasi Minyak dengan Daging Briyani, dan juga Acar Timun. Enjoy…🤤🤤🤤
