Cairkan Butter kedalam kuali..Selepas cair,masukkan susu..gaul sampai sebati..

Selepas adunan sebati,barulah masukkan roti merry yg dah dipatah 2 ke dalam adunan sedikit demi sedikit,bersama kacang tanah,sehingga adunan milo serap dan melekat di roti..
Sediakan loyang 7x7,yg sudah gris dgn minyak dan dilapik dgn baking paper…masukkan sedikit demi sedikit dan tekan perlahan² dgn menggunakan penekan kek di atas permukaan kek yg dilapik dgn baking paper(supaya adunan xmelekat kat penekan kek) - ketepikan
Topping Ganache ; ambil bowl dan masukkan white chocolate..asingkan.
Panaskan whipping cream dalam pan sehingga mendidih. (Jgn terlalu lama,nanti whipping cream akan berkerak)
Kemudian,tuangkan whipping cream td ke dlm bowl chocolate dan kacau cepat² sehingga menyatu..
