Masukkan butter dalam kuali atau periuk dan cairkan dengan api perlahan.
Bila butter dah cair,masukkan serbuk milo dan serbuk koko gaul dengan cepat untuk mgelakkan adunan berketul-ketul.
Masukkan pula susu pekat, susu cair telur, esen vanila dan garam kemudian kacau perlahan smpai pekat.
Masukkan pula biskut marie yang telah Dipatah-patahkan tadi, Gaul sehingga sebati dan bolehla masukkan kedalam loyang.
Lapik loyang dengan baking paper. Masa tengah panas ni, tekan adunan kek batik supaya padat. Sejukkan pada suhu bilik..sementara kek sejuk bolehla buat topping cheese pula.
Pukul Cream Cheese pada kelajuan sederhana, sampai sedikit gebu.
